Our purpose
Some stories deserve a little more support.
We believe meaningful stories deserve the opportunity to be heard, regardless of an author's financial circumstances. The LemonPress Author Fund is our commitment to making editorial support and publishing guidance more accessible to authors who might otherwise find those opportunities out of reach.
The opportunity
The next chapter belongs to you.
Our goal is to provide three women each year with the complete Publish + Launch package at no cost, including everything offered through Book Pass. Recipients will receive the same editorial support and publishing guidance as paying customers, with their participation kept private unless they choose otherwise.
The Fund will cover the LemonPress package fee. Optional outside expenses, such as cover design, purchased ISBNs, printed proof copies, or paid marketing, will remain separate.
Fully funded
Three women. Every year.
How to apply
A private, straightforward process.
Applications aren't open yet. We're developing a respectful, confidential application process that prioritizes privacy and clear eligibility guidelines. We'll share the details here once the program is ready to accept applications.
Our commitment
Our commitment doesn't end with three.
Three opportunities each year are where we're beginning. As LemonPress grows, our goal is to expand the Fund and make editorial support accessible to more women whose stories deserve the chance to reach readers.
